Our mission at Universal ComOne is to provide small to midsized businesses the technology infrastructure required to compete and win in a marketplace often populated by larger players.

We believe in the old adage “it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.”  Our focus isn’t on bigger – it’s on better.   With this in mind, we hold ourselves to a higher standard, and are extremely selective in who we recruit to join our team.

Because of our total focus is on the complete satisfaction of our customers, our mission success is measured by the mission success of our customers.
