Universal ComOne Announces Company Promotions

Tammy Rodrigue has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Tammy has been a key part of the Universal team for over 20 years. In that time, she has held just about every position within Universal and successfully accepted every challenge presented to her. With her vast knowledge and expertise we are excited to have her join our management team.

Joel Combs has been promoted to Hosted PBX Manager. Joel has lead our network service team for the past 15 years. His new position will be responsible for provisioning and managing all of our Hosted PBX projects.

Donna Denton has taken a new position at Universal as a Customer Care Specialist. Customer Service is the number priority at Universal. In order expand our level of service, Donna will proactively attend to the needs of our customers.
