In a continual effort to provide better phone service and voice quality to our customers, we have completed a comprehensive upgrade of both our New Orleans, La and Birmingham, Al data centers. We have installed additional internet sources in both data centers for redundancy. We have also established our own IP addresses and Routing to gain full control of voice calls to and from our data center without any third-party intervention. We are always looking for better ways to improve our service and provide a better experience for our customers.
